D181 names next Walker School principal

HINSDALE – The District 181 Board of Education approved this week the hiring of Eric Chisausky as the next Walker School principal, effective July 1.

Chisausky joined District 181 in the 2008-09 school year as the assistant principal of Clarendon Hills Middle School and helped to secure the school’s Blue Ribbon designation.

Chisausky’s education includes a master’s degree in educational administration from Northern Illinois University and a bachelor’s degree in English from Eastern Illinois University, with a minor in creative writing.

He previously served as assistant principal for Gower Middle School in Burr Ridge and was a language arts teacher in both Butler School District 53 and New Lenox School District 122.
