Joliet man charged with assault after incident at Lemont business

LEMONT – A Joliet man was charged with assault and disorderly conduct May 17 after allegedly threatining a business owner in Lemont.

James MacMillian, 26, was arrested at 1:46 a.m. May 17 in the 100 block of Stephen Street, according to police.

MacMillian was issued a June 11 court date at the Bridgeview Court House.
