CAROL STREAM – Jewelry marketer Tybeta LLC has an important mission.
The company’s goal is to empower, encourage and equip women around the world – and it starts in Carol Stream.
According to President and CEO Tim Kurth, his company does this by offering quality jewelry designs produced by Southeast Asian and African women rescued from slavery and poverty.
The company sells their jewelry through home parties led by independent Tybeta style consultants.
The company is taking its first steps towards a national launch, currently scheduled for January 2014.
“Tybeta is the only company where a jewelry purchase is guaranteed to directly impact the lives of women around the world,” said Tybeta’s Chief Creative Officer Betty Hoppensteadt.
Hoppensteadt is the former owner of The Genuine Article in downtown Wheaton.
She recently closed the store to pursue the Tybeta launch.
