The parade steps off from the Ahlgrim's Funeral Home parking lot, 567 S. Spring Road, at 1 p.m. heading north on Spring Road to Jack's Silverado Grill, 447 Spring Road. Check in starts at 11:30 a.m.

Free supplies will be available to decorate bikes before the parade. Other activities include face tattoos, a moon jump and chance to show off Fido's smarts and see other pets' tricks.

The event is free, but donations of nonperishable food or cash for the Yorkfield Food Pantry will be accepted. For more information, call DeVries Animal Hospital, 630-833-7387 or email info@devriesanimalhospital.com.
