FBI offers $5K reward for info on Willowbrook bank robbery suspect
WILLOWBROOK – Investigators suspect the man involved in a bank robbery Monday morning in Willowbrook also is responsible for bank robberies that happened in Norridge and Palos Hills in April, and a reward is being offered for anyone who can provide information leading to his arrest.
At 9:45 a.m. Monday, officers were called to the Bank of America branch at 6300 Kingery Highway in Willowbrook for a bank robbery that had occurred.
Similar to the bank robberies in Norridge and Palos Hills, the suspect made a verbal demand for money and threatened to harm the bank personnel if his request was not met. He was wearing a White Sox cap; glasses; a dark, zippered, hooded sweatshirt; and blue jeans.
