DOWNERS GROVE – The new edition of the "L. Ron Hubbard Presents Writers of The Future Volume XX1X" will feature a story illustrated by Downers Grove native Lucas Durham.

Durham was one of the 12 illustrators honored at the International Writers and Illustrators of the Future contest at the L. Ron Hubbard Achievement Awards last month in Hollywood.

Each of the 12 artists were paired with one of 12 writers for a collaborative assignment, each of which are collected in the volume. Lucas was paired with writer Andrea Stewart, and the pair produced the story "Dreameater."

When released, the new volume will be available on Kindle, Amazon.com, BN.com and major book stores well as both a mass market paperback and an e-book.
