Bolingbrook cops: Out of state man charged with possession, fleeing, reckless driving

BOLINGBROOK – A Pennsylvania man was arrested on six charges April 29 in Bolingbrook, according to the Bolingbrook Police.

Sergio Aquilar, 20, 2029 Ballantine Drive, Warrington, Pa., was charged with possession of cannabis, possession of drug equipment, reckless driving, fleeing peace officers, failure to signal and a traffic sign violation following a traffic stop in the 400 block of Butterfly Drive at 4:30 p.m. April 29, police said.
