Elmhurst Artists' Guild presents new exhibition

ELMHURST – The Elmhurst Artists' Guild (EAG) will host an open reception at the Elmhurst Art Museum, 150 S. Cottage Hill Ave., for the Spring Members Show on Friday.

Between 7 and 9 p.m., the public is invited to see the EAG Gallery's newest works, which include more than 50 entries in a wide array of forms, styles and medias. Most pieces are for sale, and a portion of those proceeds go to the guild and the museum.

The spring exhibit can be viewed during regular museum hours through June 14.

Fridays are free days at the museum, and usual Friday hours are 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. On Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, the museum is open 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Regular admission is $5 for adults, and $3 for seniors and students. Children under 5 are free.
