OAK BROOK – West Shore Pipe Line Company will be completing maintenance construction activities on the east leg of West 22nd Street at Route 83 beginning May 28.

Work is anticipated to last about three weeks between the overnight hours of 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. in order to minimize traffic congestion to the intersection, according to a news release.

The north westbound thru lane along 22nd Street will be closed for the duration of the project. The middle westbound thru lane will be closed at night during construction hours and reopened by 5 a.m. every morning.

This project has been permitted through the Illinois Department of Transportation.
