3 thefts reported in Wheaton since April 27

WHEATON – Since April 27, three thefts have been reported in Wheaton, according to documents made available by the Wheaton Police Department.

• Someone reportedly stole a cell phone from an unattended bathroom hanging by the women's restroom at the Wheaton College Beamer Student Center between 6 and 8 p.m. April 30 in the 400 block of N. Chase Street, police said.

• Someone reportedly stole a garbage sticker from a trash can at 6 a.m. April 29 in the 200 block of N. Knollwood Drive, police said.

• Someone reportedly stole a bicycle and its cable with attached combination lock from a Franklin Middle School bicycle rack between 1 p.m. April 27 and 3 p.m. April 29 at 211 E. Franklin Ave., police said.
