ELMHURST – Mariano's will host a job fair exclusively for Elmhurst residents on May 18 and 19 at City Hall, 209 N. York St.

The grocery store plans to hire upwards of 400 employees before opening its Elmhurst location this summer. The job fair will take place between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m. on both days. Interested residents are welcome to attend either day.

The store director will share career opportunities directly with residents. Participants are encouraged to bring their resume. A member of the Mariano's recruiting team will interview participants briefly one-on-one.

Selected candidates will be invited for a second interview within a week. Those invited to a second interview will have to fill out an application online at marianos.com, and report to Mariano's recruiting office in Franklin Park.

Prior related experience is not necessary for many positions. Mariano's looks to hire both full- and part-time employees.
