Downers Grove business featured in new Fox reality TV show

DOWNERS GROVE – A credit card processing company in Downers Grove is one of several businesses to be featured in a new reality TV show on Fox named "Toxic Office: Does Someone Have to Go?"

The show goes inside dysfunctional offices, and then gives the real-life employees a vote on who stays, and who goes.

Downers Grove-based Velocity Merchant Services will be featured in the series premier on May 23.

In the show, VMS owner Dema Barakat will hand over the reins of the company to her employees, offering the staff a chance to make a change in the workplace, including firing employees.
