Good Samaritan Hospital nurses meet with legislators in Springfield

DOWNERS GROVE – Seven Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital nurses were among 75 Advocate Health Care nurses who met with legislators Wednesday to discuss health care issues in Springfield.

Nurses asked lawmakers to support the nurse licensure compact, support full licensure practice for advanced practice nurses and protect a strong Medicaid system, among other issues.
