Tickets now on sale for 2013 'Dancing for Seniors' gala in Oak Brook

OAK BROOK — The DuPage Senior Citizens Council (DSCC) announced that tickets may now be purchased for the second annual "Dancing for Seniors" gala.

The event will include dinner and a dance competition between local celebrity dancers paired with professional dancers from Fred Astaire Dance Studios. Following the competition, there will be a live performance by Fred Astaire Dance Studios professionals and dancing for all attendees.

In addition, prizes will be awarded through raffles and a live auction. All proceeds from the event will support services for seniors in need in DuPage County – including meals, home maintenance, well-being checks and more.

The gala takes place May 11 at the Chicago Marriott Oak Brook Hotel at 1401 W. 22nd St. Tickets may be purchased for $125 each, and a variety of sponsorship packages are available for purchase.
