The event is sponsored by Good Samaritan Hospital in honor of National Nurses Week, observed May 6-12.

Good Samaritan Hospital nurses will be recognized on the historic theatre’s marquee during the showings. The Tivoli’s house organist also will play before the film is shown. The film includes interviews with more than 100 nurses from across the country and offers a look into the complex and challenging profession.

The title of the film is a reference to Florence Nightingale, who is considered the founder of modern nursing.
