Bishop Conlon visits Montini Catholic High School

Bishop Daniel Conlon of the Diocese of Joliet visited Montini Catholic High School on April 8 to celebrate the Feast of the Annunciation with students.

LOMBARD — Bishop Daniel Conlon from the Diocese of Joliet was at Montini Catholic High School on April 8 to celebrate the Feast of the Annunciation. Conlon presided over a morning liturgy service, met with students and toured the campus.

This marked the bishop's first visit to the school.

On April 8, students also celebrated the first day of Cultural Awareness Week, which was an opportunity to celebrate the increasing diversity at Montini Catholic.

During the week, special lunches were served in the cafeteria, cultural music played in the halls and many classes completed special projects.
