GLEN ELLYN – The Forest Preserve District of DuPage County will host "Birding at Willowbrook" from April 16 until May 21 at Willowbrook Wildlife Center, 525 S. Park Blvd. in Glen Ellyn.

The free program will be held from 8 until 9:30 a.m. on Tuesdays for those 10 years of age and older. Registration is not required, but adults need to accompany children.

The forest preserve also will host "FullersBird Fridays" for adults from 7:30 until 9:30 a.m. on Fridays from April 12 through June 14 at Fullersburg Woods Nature Education Center, 3609 Spring Road in Oak Brook. Registration is required for the program, which costs $6 per hike. Those interested should call 630-850-8110 to register.

Both programs will be held in time to greet the 30 warbler species that pass through DuPage County in the spring as their migratory patterns take them to summer breeding grounds.
