Weinstock at top of Glenbard District 87 race with 48.2 percent precincts reporting

GLEN ELLYN – With 48.2 percent of precincts reporting, top candidates for the Glenbard Township High School District 87 Board of Trustees are Judith Weinstock, Robert Friend, Jennifer Jendras and Richard Heim.

Challengers Weinstock and Jendras have received about 19.4 and 17.4 percent of votes counted, respectively, while about 18.7 and 16.1 percent have gone to incumbents Friend and Heim, respectively.

The other two candidates for the four open seats are incumbent F. Thomas Voltaggio, who has received about 14.8 percent of votes counted, and challenger Anthony Schullo, who has received about 13.7 percent.

With 40 percent of precincts reporting, challenger Katharine Hamilton and incumbent Joseph Wozniak are ahead in the race for two seats on the College of DuPage Board of Trustees.

With about 31.6 and 19.7 percent of the vote, respectively, Hamilton and Wozniak are ahead of incumbent Dave Carlin and challengers Edward Agustin, Frank Flores and Mike Lanners.
