The seed packets will be given to all elementary school students who purchase a full lunch.
On Monday of Earth Week, lunchtime will include fresh sliced and whole strawberries. Tuesday’s menu will feature carrots. Fresh as well as roasted summer squash will available Wednesday. Thursday it’s fresh broccoli. And on Friday both fresh and frozen blueberries will be served.
Additionally, each morning announcements throughout the week will include nutritional messages.
