Three incumbents return to Berwyn North School District 98 board

BERWYN – Three incumbents will return to the Berwyn North School District 98 School Board while one will be replaced by a newcomer following Tuesday's election.

Six candidates ran for four, four-year terms.

Incumbent Mary Beth Arenella had the highest vote total with 421 votes,followed by newcomer Elizabeth E. Cuevas with 403 votes.

Other incumbents returning for another four-year term are Barbara D. Krause with 374 votes and Adam Mounce, 372 votes.

Board member Cristy L. Demes lost out in her bid to retain her seat and newcomer Joel Rhea had the lowest total with 285 votes.
