Chase Bank in Glendale Heights robbed

Police are searching for this man, who is suspected to have robbed a Chase Bank in Glendale Heights on Monday.

GLENDALE HEIGHTS — Police are investigating a reported bank robbery at Chase Bank, 2150 Bloomingdale Road, on Monday.

At 10:23 a.m., Glendale Heights police learned a man had robbed the bank and left on foot through the front door, possibly walking eastbound from the scene, according to a news release.

The man is described as Hispanic, about 25 to 30 years old, standing 5-foot-10-inches tall with black hair and large bags under his brown eyes. He was wearing black pants, black shoes and a black checkered sweater.

No one was injured during the incident. Information about any display of a weapon or the amount of cash stolen was not available.

Glendale Heights police urge residents and business owners to be on the lookout for this suspect. If he is spotted or if anyone has further information about the incident, call the police department at 630-260-6070 or FBI at 312-421-6700.
