ADDISON — An Addison gas station sold a winning ticket for the Tuesday Mega Millions drawing, meaning someone in the area could be $250,000 richer, according to a news release.

The winner, who has yet to come forward, purchased his or her winning Quick Pick ticket at Phillips 66, 2100 W. Army Trail Road, and matched the first five of the six numbers — 20, 33, 46, 49, 51, 46 — in the Tuesday drawing.

The retailer will receive a $2,500 bonus, 1 percent of the prize amount, for selling a winning ticket.

The Mega Millions drawing takes place Tuesday and Friday nights at 10 p.m. and the current estimated jackpot is $34 million. For more information, visit illinoislottery.com.
