CLARENDON HILLS — The Village of Clarendon Hills is inviting residents to share ideas and feedback during a workshop for the Downtown Master Plan update at 7 p.m. April 24 at Clarendon Hills Middle School.

The visioning workshop will be an interactive meeting with residents, business owners, project committee and sub-committee members and anyone else interested in the future of downtown Clarendon Hills.

The concepts and ideas that come out of the visioning meeting will then be reviewed by the Economic Development, Land Use and Design sub-committees as they develop recommendations to update the 2006 Downtown Master Plan.

The Downtown Master Plan update will continue to seek community input in various forms as it tries to define the vision for downtown Clarendon Hills.

Residents have multiple opportunities to provide input outside the community meetings, including social media. Those who prefer not to use social media can still provide ideas by emailing Community Development Director Dan Ungerleider at dungerleider@clarendonhills.us.
