Westmont librarians hitting the town to promote the use of e-Readers

WESTMONT — The Westmont Public Library staff will be seen around town the next few weeks as they look to promote and help residents using Kindle and Nook e-Readers at WiFi hotspots in Westmont.

Library staff will be at the Westmont Yard recreation facility from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday to answer questions about e-books and demonstrating downloadable checkouts. Westmont Yard is located at 233 W. 63rd St.

Residents can bring their devices and get a free one-on-one tutorial on how to use them, and how they can check out materials from the library electronically.
