BOLINGBROOK — Before the second annual City of Hope Covenant Church Easter Egg Hunt Eggstravaganza, Bolingbrook residents must look to the sky to find Saturday's guest of honor.

The Easter Bunny will arrive at the Brooks Middle School event by helicopter noon Saturday, and then children will begin the hunt for 20,000 Easter eggs, hidden prize eggs and have an opportunity to win an Easter basket.

All participants will receive a bag of candy after turning in their eggs to be recycled. There will also be an area for children with special needs.

This free event for kids from preschool through six grade will include great prizes as well as three grand prize drawings on Easter Sunday. Other activities include bounce houses, pictures with the Easter Bunny, live music, and more.

Registration will begin 10:30 a.m. Saturday, or participants can register beforehand by visiting www.bolingbrookegghunt.com.
