LOMBARD — Glenbard East High School will host a student-directed production of the one-act play, "Patient A," at 7:30 p.m. March 13 and 14.

The drama tells the story of Kimberly Bergalis, who died in 1991 at the age of 23 after fighing a public battle with AIDS. Her story gained nationwide attention after it was determined that she had been infected with the disease by a health care worker.

This production was directed by Hadley Hill, a senior at Glenbard East, and features Rachael Callaly, Stefan Carson and M'Jean Mason.
