ELMHURST — The No Boundaries Program is a Fleet Feet Sports and New Balance nationally sponsored beginner 5K (3.1 miles) training program designed for people who are currently inactive or new to running and walking.
All levels of walkers and runners are welcome to join.
These programs follow a 12-week schedule and will begin on Wednesday, April 24th at Fleet Feet Sports Elmhurst at 6:30 p.m. All participants will receive a full training schedule and two weekly group workouts every Wednesday at 6:30 p.m. and Saturday at 8:00 a.m.
This season No Boundaries will train for the Run for Hunger, a local Elmhurst 5k, that will take place on July 21st.
Information Meetings will be held at Fleet Feet Sports Elmhurst on Wednesday, April 17th at 6:30 p.m and Saturday, April 20th at 9:00 a.m. Meetings are free to attend.
