RIVERSIDE — A 20-year-old Stickney man was arrested and charged with unlawful possession of marijuana with intent to distribute following a traffic stop at 4 p.m. Feb. 16 in the 3300 block of Harlem Avenue in Riverside, police said.
Jacob K. Cherry, 20, of Stickney also was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Cherry, originally pulled over for not wearing a seat belt, admitted to the officer that he was in possession of marijuana and the investigation discovered 13 small individually packaged bags that contained a substance that field-tested positive for marijuana, police said.
