Carol Stream woman dies in Chicago crash

CAROL STREAM — A 29-year-old Carol Stream woman was killed in a Chicago crash on Sunday, according to media reports.

Arquilla S. Jones, 29, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, which occurred about 5:45 a.m. on the Eisenhower Expressway near Kostner Avenue.

Jones' car was parked on the shoulder when another vehicle struck her car from behind, killing her and seriously injuring her passenger, police said.

The driver of the other vehicle also was seriously injured. Charges are pending.

Alcohol is believed to be a factor in the crash.
