Adding a different dimension to the Hilltoppers offense with his ability to get to the outside and break off long runs, this junior led the team in rushing this fall. Andrews finished the season with 1,273 yards on the ground and also topped Glenbard West with 21 total touchdowns.

Kyle Bosch
YEAR Senior
SCHOOL St. Francis
One of the top offensive lineman in the state, the University of Michigan recruit helped the Spartans rush for 2,116 yards this fall, averaging over 6.4 yards per attempt.

Hayden Carlson
YEAR Junior
SCHOOL Glenbard West
A physical presence in the secondary for the Hilltoppers, this junior became a main cog of the team’s dominant defense. Carlson was second on the unit with 82 solo tackles to go along with 49 assists, which included a combined 14-tackle performance in the state game.

Kellen Cleveland
YEAR Senior
SCHOOL Wheaton North
A force on the defensive line for the Falcons, Cleveland finished the fall with 25 solo tackles and 20 assists. He topped Wheaton North with 12 tackles for loss and totaled 6.5 sacks.

Dan Chism
YEAR Senior
SCHOOL Wheaton Warrenville South
Named to the 2012 Illinois Football Coaches Association Class 7A all-state team, this senior was also named the top defensive lineman in the DuPage Valley Conference. Chism has offers from both Coastal Carolina and Army.

Bret Curtis
YEAR Senior
SCHOOL Glenbard South
A two-time Metro Suburban All-conference performer, this middle linebacker was the league’s defensive player of the year this fall. He notched 102 total tackles in 10 games to go along with 10 sacks.

Tyler Dayton
YEAR Senior
SCHOOL Glenbard West
With the loss of standout linebacker Erik Strittmater to a broken leg in Week 1, everybody else had to step up and Dayton certainly did. This senior was all over the field for the Hilltoppers, registering a team-high 102 solo tackles to go along with 32 assists.

Nick Garland
YEAR Senior
SCHOOL Glenbard West
Named to the 2012 Illinois Coaches Association Class 7A all-state team, this senior was the leader of an offensive line unit that helped pave the way for over 3,100 yards rushing this fall and an average of nearly 36 points per game.

John Gemmel
YEAR Junior
SCHOOL Wheaton Academy
The running back finished with 872 yards on just 131 attempts, averaging 6.7 yards per carry, while scoring 16 touchdowns. He also caught 11 passes for 114 yards.
