DUI charged Frank Suda, 29, 1701 S. Third St., St. Charles, was charged with driving under the influence and unlawful possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia about 2:10 a.m. Oct. 19 in the 800 block of West State Street.

Property damage reported n Someone smashed a driver’s side window of a vehicle causing $350 in damage Oct. 16 in the 2000 block of Bent Tree Drive. n Someone caused $60 in damage to a mailbox about midnight, Oct. 28 in the 400 block of Elm Street.

Alcohol-related charges n Patrick Edwards, 19, 509 Jefferson St., was charged with possession of alcohol by a minor and obstructing identification about 1:34 a.m. Oct. 20 in the 2200 block of Blackberry Drive. n David Ewald, 20, 434 Raintree Drive, Oswego, was charged with underage drinking and speeding about 1:33 a.m. Oct. 25 in the 1300 block of West State Street.

Warrant arrest James Natalizio, 20, 345 Main St., Batavia, was served a warrant for a burglary charge about 9:30 a.m. Oct. 25.

Theft reported Someone stole a blouse valued at $67 off of a mannequin between 2:45 and 3:15 p.m. Oct. 28 in the Prettiest Star store, 227 S. Third St.
