Berwyn comprehensive plan goes for City Council approval
Berwyn’s updated comprehensive plan, which focuses on transit, community health and neighborhood preservation, is slated for an up-or-down vote at Tuesday’s City Council meeting.
The plan, funded through a grant, has been a collaborative project between the city and the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning more than a year in the making.
Berwyn’s last comprehensive plan was enacted in 1993. If approved, the new plan will provide development guidelines and suggestions for the city as it continues to develop.
Tuesday’s City Council meeting will take place at City Hall at 8 p.m.
