Tully gives State of Downers Grove address

The Village of Downers Grove has posted a link to Mayor Martin Tully’s State of the Village Address.

Tully gave his address Tuesday at the village council’s regular meeting.

Tully pointed out the village’s achievements of 2011 along with insights on plans for the year ahead.
